I have had numerous websites over the years for my law practice, but until I began working with Mike Edwards and Digital Law Marketing, I had no idea what good customer service was. I always felt like a small fish in a big sea when I had my websites with the big companies, not to mention I could never understand their billing. Now, I feel like the big fish! It is rare to find a company who does what they say they’re going to do when they say they’re going to do it. It is also rare to find a company who is proactive in dealing with their client’s needs and doesn’t just wait for instructions or complaints. That’s a good thing, considering I want to spend my time practicing law, and NOT doing website updates and search engine optimization (as if I know how to do either!). And, the best part was, Digital Law Marketing made my transition out of the old company and into the new so easy! I am very pleased with the results I am getting from my website, and am only a few months into the relationship with Digital Law Marketing.
